Terms of Service for Shocery

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shocery ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Shocery mobile application. You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register with the App. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.

3. Subscriptions and Shocery Plus

Shocery offers an optional premium subscription ("Shocery Plus") which unlocks advanced features such as Unlimited Households, AI Recipe Generation, and Pantry Tracking.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your device's native App Store settings. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the App to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App, including the Feature Gate and Subscription tracking APIs.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or the networks or services connected to the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App are owned by us.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Shocery LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
